ABSTRACT

COVID-19 has meant the adaptation of the curricular model in teaching. This con-tribution presents the results obtained from a teaching innovation experience based on the creation of didactic videos for use in dual teaching in a university subject. Dual teaching involves rotating attendance by groups of students while the rest view the class through videoconference. This, at times, may mean that students not present in the classroom do not perceive 100% of the content worked on in class. For this reason, teaching videos were pro-duced, published on YouTube, where the explanation of the subject taught in each class is collected, the access link of which was shared with all the students. In this way they can access the explanation of the agenda at any time. The objective has been to assess the degree of satisfaction of university students with the teaching methodology based on the creation of didactic videos used in dual teaching. A mixed questionnaire was developed and passed anonymously to the students enrolled in the subject (163). 123 responses were obtained. The results show a high degree of satisfaction with the initiative and a very positive assess-ment of its pedagogical usefulness. The most and best valued qualitative aspects were: being able to view the videos at another time, as well as the desired times. Consequently, the crea-tion of teaching videos has constituted an adequate didactic resource, according to the eva-luation of the students, for its use in dual university teaching.
